This online facility booking tool allows CARC members to check on facility's availability and place reservations so as to make use of the Club's facilities.

The bookings are only for CARC members. Members must sign into the portal to successfully book for a facility. Some of the facilities will only allow members to ascertain its availability.

If you enjoy singing and karaoke, the club offers four different karaoke rooms to suit your need. We have four rooms that can accommodate up to a maximum group size of 8, 10, 20 and 40 people, respectively. Equipped with BMB sound system and Teo Heng Karaoke System, you can choose from over 10,000 songs from various genres and languages to suit you.

  • Available for booking by CARC Ordinary/Special/Associate Member.

 

  • Please note that ALL Bookings shall be on a first-come-first-serve basis and subject to availability.

 

  • Member may call CARC Hotline @6542 9001 up to 7 days in advance.

  

  • Guest Fees of $1/pax is payable at CARC Reception counter.

 

  • Please refer to Table above for Altitude Lounge Fee.

General Booking Rules

  • The use of CARC Facilities is governed by the provision of CARC and any other rules and regulations which may be implemented time to time.

 

·      You may book a maximum of 3 hours.

 

  • You shall conduct yourself appropriately when using the facilities. We reserve the right to remove users who are difficult and/or uncooperative, or whose act and conduct we deem to be unreasonable & detrimental to the enjoyment, interests, well-being and safety of the other users.

 

  • You shall abide by all reasonable requests made by CARC Staff.

 

  • You shall use facility in accordance with your booking details and timing and shall vacate the facility at the expiration of your booking timing.

 

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% room rates will be payable 14 days prior to your booking date. Remaining payment for Altitude Club Lounge, Guest Fees* (Non-CARC member) and Cash Refundable Deposit of $150 to be made upon arrival on the day of booking.  

    *Member to provide Guest List prior to commencement of event. 

 

  • No outside food and beverages or external catering are permitted at Club facilities. All Food and Beverages, including catering services should be purchased from CARC Café. Members can contact CARC Café, Serena @ 8808 6092 or alternatively email: [email protected] . Corkage charge @ $15/bottle for external alcohols brought into CARC. Strictly No beer and hard liquors.

 

Payment & Refund

  • Payment: Payment to be made at CARC Reception prior to the start of booking.

 

  • Cancellation: In the event you decide to cancel your booking, please call CARC @ 6542 9001.

 

  • In the event CARC have to cancel your booking, where the Facility is unusable due to reasons such as repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to grant you a replacement booking.

 

  • No-Show policy: Members who do not turn up for two or more booking, will not be allowed to book the facility for two weeks. 

 

Indemnities

  • By using CARC Facilities, you warrant and represent that you are physically and medically able to participate and have no physical or medical condition that would endanger your life. You will not hold CARC liable for any personal injury or death arising from your usage of the CARC Facility.
